Medline Industries, LP is seeking Spec Strategic Accounts to join our team in Northfield, IL.

Job Description:

  • Manage projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency across acute, hospice, nursing home, and physician office settings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Clinical, and IT, to implement initiatives and drive results.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for account strategies, supporting IDN leadership decisions.
  • Analyze large datasets to support pricing proposals, account growth, and IDN strategies.
  • Develop ad hoc reports, dashboards, and potentially automate processes using Excel or similar tools.
  • Telecommuting is permitted 100% of the time.

Job Requirements:

  • PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Analytics, Healthcare, Supply Chain, or related field, or the foreign equivalent, and 3 years of relevant work experience.

  • In addition, experience with the following skills is required: (1) Analyze large datasets to support pricing proposals, account growth, and IDN strategies. (2) Working with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including formatting complex documents, creating pivot tables, and building executive-level presentations. (3) Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent CRM platforms for tracking RFP opportunities, customer data, and pipeline reporting. (4) Managing timelines and deliverables using tools like Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, and familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies. (5) Working with SharePoint, or other document repositories for managing proposal content, versioning, and access control. (6) Understanding of procurement regulations, government contracting standards, or industry-specific compliance frameworks relevant to RFP responses. (7) Analyzing win/loss data, response metrics, and team performance using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to inform proposal strategy and continuous improvement.

JOB SITE:                Three Lakes Dr., Northfield, IL 60093

WORK HOURS:         Full Time (8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday)

PAY RANGE:             $89,856.00 to $119,000.00 per year
