Senior Civil Litigation Attorney - Special Counsel in Construction Litigation
Job description:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced civil litigation attorney to join a growing practice. The firm seeks a North Carolina-licensed attorney with at least 6 years of experience handling defense-side civil litigation matters, with a preference for a background that includes significant constructionlitigation. No book of business required.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cases through trial and arbitration. This is not a “behind-the-scenes” role. We are seeking a trial ready attorney with a background of defending complex cases. The position offers flexibility with a hybrid work arrangement and is open to both local candidates and those licensed in North Carolina who are interested in relocating to North Carolina.

Qualifications:- Active NC Bar license.
