Job Summary

This post is for the recruitment of Special Education Mod/Severe Extensive Support Needs teachers for the 2026-27 school year. Applicants will be contacted as vacancies become available.

Requirements / Qualifications

All candidates must possess a valid California teaching credential in the area of service The District will accept up to 19 years of previous, full-time service in accredited public or private schools with placement up to the 20th year. (A full year of service must be at least 75% of the year in a full-time position.) Individuals must possess or be eligible for a CLAD or equivalent.

Applicants must include all documents to be considered for the hiring process. Three letters of recommendation must be included with the application. All letters should be current (dates within the last two years) and at least one should be included from a direct supervisor. Verification of credentials must be submitted.

  • Copy of Transcript (Transcripts of your undergraduate degree, and graduate degrees if applicable. Unofficial transcripts are acceptable for application purposes only.)
  • Credential Copy (Education Specialist Extensive Support Needs Credential including Autism Authorization required - attachment should include document number assigned by the CTC.)
  • Letter of Introduction
  • Letter(s) of Recommendation (3 recent letters, dated within the past 2 years.)
  • Resume
