- Hours: 35 hours/week Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Setting: Moderate/Severe Special Education Classroom
- Education Specialist to support students with moderate to severe disabilities in a structured classroom setting.
- Responsibilities include providing specialized academic instruction, implementing and monitoring IEP goals, adapting curriculum and instructional strategies to meet individual student needs, maintaining required documentation, and collaborating with related service providers, paraprofessionals, families, and school staff.
- Requirements: Current California Education Specialist credential Extensive Support Needs/Mod-Servere credential is NOT required, though highly preferred Experience supporting students with moderate/severe needs Strong classroom management and collaborative skills Interview Process
