Compensation: Up To $53/Hour Based on Experience

Job Requirements
Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Special Education, or an equivalent field.

Certifications Requirements:

• Valid Texas State Teaching Certification in Special Education or equivalent.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with students in a school setting.
• Familiarity with behavioral strategies, Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and classroom management.

Other Requirements:

• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and families.
• Background check, fingerprinting, and compliance with district-specific clearance requirements.
• Ability to adhere to school policies and safety protocols.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic educational environment.
