Job Requirements.

  • Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Education or equivalent; valid Michigan teaching certification for Special Education.
  • Certifications Requirements: State certification for Special Education teaching, clear background check.
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year experience working with special education students, strong classroom management skills, knowledge of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Other Requirements: Soft skills include patience, adaptability, and excellent communication; ability to work full-time days; compliance with school district policies.
