- Provide one-to-one instructional and behavioral support.
- Assist in implementing Individualized Education Programs and Behavior Intervention Plans.
- Utilize de-escalation strategies and therapeutic approaches to promote student success.
- Reinforce social-emotional learning and the use of self-regulation and coping skills.
- Collect data on student progress and behavior as directed.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all staff.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding student information and records.
- Associate Degree or higher preferred.
