NOTICE OF VACANCY
FULL TIME SPECIAL EDUCATION AIDE POSITION
The Hayward Community School District is accepting applications for the 2026-2027 school year for a FULL-TIME SPECIAL EDUCATION AIDE.
Athletic and Co-Curricular positions are available.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
Work experience with school-aged youth with mild to severe disabilities
Ability to communicate directions to students with varied ability levels
Ability to work semi-independently to implement the curriculum and support instructions with students
Ability to obtain WI Special Education Program Aide License
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
Ability to be flexible in working with students and staff
Assist with changing students
Other duties as assigned
WORK SCHEDULE: Family friendly Calendar - Monday-Friday. Full Time position: 7.25 hours/day
RATE OF PAY: $17.15/hr.
