Fidelis Consulting Service is hiring Special Education Educational Assistant Substitutes for the Stevens Point School District now and throughout the year. You can be hired and begin working at any time during the school year.

The role and responsibility of the Special Education Educational Assistant Substitute may include, but not limited to:

• Assist teaching staff in the classroom with academic instruction, behavior management, social needs and support/adaptations for special needs students individually or in small groups in the classroom as determined by Special Education Teacher
• Supervise lunchroom and playground to maintain order and safety
• Assist teaching staff with clerical tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years old
• Criminal History Background Check - both State and Federal
• Excellent communication skills
• WI Department of Public Instruction Special Aide Program License which be obtained after applying with Fidelis. No special requirements are needed for this license and we will help guide you through this quick online application.

Long Term Special Education Educational Substitute (10 consecutive days or more in 1 assignment) $17.25/hour
