Position:
Transylvania County Schools seeks a Special Education program teacher at Brevard High School.
Job Summary:
Position is available on August 17, 2026. Position is full-time and includes employment benefits; 10-month employment term. Teacher will serve students in inclusion classes and in the Occupational Course of Study.
Qualifications:
Applicants for the position must hold or be eligible to hold NC licensure in area 88091 Special Education: General Curriculum and must be "highly qualified" in the subject area pursuant to federal No Child Left Behind regulations.
