    CLIENT REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
    • Develop and implement IEPs focused on functional academics and independence.
    • Teach life skills (e.g., cooking, hygiene, budgeting, vocational tasks).
    • Support transition planning for post-secondary goals (work, living, community).
    • Manage behavior plans using individualized supports and data tracking.
    • Collaborate with families and agencies to promote student success beyond school.

    CLIENT REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Valid PA Special Education Certification.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field.
    • Experience with IEPs, life skills instruction, and transition planning.
