Responsibilities:
- Support students in the classroom under the direction of the teacher
- Assist with accommodations, small group instruction, and classroom activities
- Help students stay engaged, organized, and on task throughout the school day
- Support behavior management and positive student interactions
- Assist with classroom preparation and daily routines as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
