About MCCPS Marblehead Community Charter Public School (MCCPS) is a small, vibrant, academically rigorous, and community-focused public charter school serving students in grades 4-8. Our mission is to develop motivated, compassionate, and engaged learners through integrated, interdisciplinary learning, personalized instruction, and meaningful, hands-on experiences that connect academic content to the world beyond the classroom. We take a whole-child approach, supporting students' social, emotional, and academic growth, and we place a strong emphasis on the integrated arts to foster creativity, expression, and critical thinking. At MCCPS, teachers collaborate closely to design engaging learning experiences that challenge students intellectually while nurturing curiosity, resilience, and personal growth. Our faculty are innovative educators who are deeply committed to supporting each student as a learner and as a valued member of our community.
MCCPS is seeking a passionate and student-centered Special Education Inclusion Teacher to join our supportive Special Education and Student Services team. The Inclusion Teacher will work closely with general education teachers, fellows, instructional assistants, service providers, and families to ensure students with IEPs are receiving the individualized instruction, accommodations, and support they need to thrive in the general education setting.
