Special Education Instructional Aide - High School

Oak Creek High School is seeking several dedicated, compassionate, and student-centered Special Education Aides to join our team.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to support students with diverse learning needs by providing individualized assistance, encouraging independence, and helping create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

The ideal candidate is patient, flexible, dependable, and committed to helping every student reach their full potential.

Position Details:

• Part-time position
• Scheduled for 5.5 hours per day, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
• Start and end times vary based on assignment
