Job Summary

BASIC FUNCTION: Under the supervision of the Building Principal and Director of Student Services performs paraprofessional instructional and personal hygiene activities in specialized programs; to provide intensified learning experiences for students in general educations classes, special education and resources specialist programs; to provide a variety of clerical and supportive tasks for instructional personnel; the district's speech program and any other duties assigned. May transport students occasionally or serve as vehicle monitor.

REQUIRED EDUCATION: -Applicant must meet NCLB requirements; 48 semester units or AA degree or pass paraeducator exam (for information go to www.fcoe.org) -High School Diploma or equivalent -Valid California Driver's License -First Aid and CPR certification
