The minimum starting compensation for a full-time position will be $43,496 in accordance with Appendix A of the Board-BEA agreement and may be commensurate with prior applicable experience and education as outlined in Section 15 of the Board-BEA agreement. Employment beginning after the normal employment start date will be prorated based on the number of days worked.
