Position Overview
The Weston Public Schools is seeking a Special Education Office Aide to support our three elementary schools. This is a part time, school-year role (7.5 hours/day, including a 30 minute unpaid lunch, for 181 days). About the Weston Public Schools
The Weston Public Schools enrolls approximately 2,000 students in pre-kindergarten through grade 12. The school district includes a high school for grades 9-12, a middle school for grades 6-8, an upper elementary school for grades 4-5, and two lower elementary schools for pre-kindergarten through grade 3. Since 1967, Weston has participated in METCO (Metropolitan Council for Educational Opportunity) - a voluntary school integration program that places Boston residents in suburban schools. The Weston METCO program enrolls approximately 150 students (K-12).

Compensation
For the 2026-27 school year, the Elementary Special Education Office Aide will earn between $24.24 to $26.06 per hour, depending on relevant experience. Additionally, the Weston Public Schools offers a comprehensive benefits package, including subsidized health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and participation in the Middlesex County Retirement System.
