Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Experience working with children, ideally in an educational or support role
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to adapt to the needs of diverse learners and maintain a patient, encouraging attitude
Collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team with teachers and support staff
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or relevant certification preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Assist classroom teachers with instructional activities and classroom management
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, reinforcing lessons and fostering an encouraging learning environment
Help prepare instructional materials and organize classroom resources
Supervise students in various settings, including classrooms, hallways, and playgrounds
Support students with special needs by implementing individualized strategies and accommodations
