Salary & Benefits: In accordance with the Easton Non-Certified Staff bargaining unit agreement

Responsibilities:

• Assist with one-to-one instruction and/or provide support for students
• Implement programs developed for the students(s)
• May assist younger students with hygiene needs

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or evidence of having passed the Para-Pro Assessment
• Ability to communicate with and relate to young children
• Good organization skills
• Flexibility
• Experience working with young students with disabilities a plus
