Special Education Paraprofessional Evans, Georgia Contract Duration: 1 year + up to 4 renewals The Special Education Paraprofessional works under the supervision of a Special Education Teacher to support students with disabilities. This role assists with instructional activities, accommodations, behavioral support, and daily student needs.
Key Responsibilities
Assist students in meeting academic and behavioral goals.
Implement accommodations and modifications outlined in IEPs.
Provide one-on-one and small-group support.
Assist with behavior intervention strategies.
Support students with personal care needs when required.
Document student progress and communicate with educational staff.
