This role assists with instructional activities, accommodations, behavioral support, and daily student needs.
Key Responsibilities- Assist students in meeting academic and behavioral goals.
- Implement accommodations and modifications outlined in IEPs.
- Provide one-on-one and small-group support.
- Assist with behavior intervention strategies.
- Support students with personal care needs when required.
- Document student progress and communicate with educational staff.
