Horizon Elementary (HZ) is seeking a motivated individual passionate about educating and supporting students receiving special education services. The ideal candidate will have a background working with students and be able to adapt and make adjustments to support student goals while promoting access to educational opportunities in the school community.
The candidate should be skilled so that adjustments, modifications, and adaptations that have been communicated by the teacher and documented through the IEP process can be executed.
The Pewaukee School District has been recognized 15 times as a Top Workplace by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel between 2011 and 2026.
