Special Education Paraprofessional

The high school Intellectual Disabilities (ID) programs have a need for a Special Education Paraprofessional. Assist the teacher (under direct supervision) in the instruction and supervision of students, some with disabilities. The paraprofessional may work with students in small groups, large groups or individually. May be asked to help with routine clerical tasks and to help maintain a friendly, helpful, comfortable school climate. Communicate effectively and professionally with students, parents, teachers, principals, and co-workers.
