Special Education Paraprofessional(s)

SALARY: $15.92/hour minimum

Additional credit given for prior years of experience as a Teacher or Teacher Aide or possessing an associates or bachelor's degree.

BENEFITS: Full-time staff are eligible for Medical, Prescription, and Dental Benefits and will be entered into the appropriate NJ Pension Program

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience working with children with special needs in an instructional setting.
• Demonstrates an understanding of children and their individual needs.
• Required to assist students with activities of daily living such as toileting.
• Completion of 60 college credits or successful completion of the ParaPro Assessment is required.
