Special Education Paraprofessional

St. Germain and Montessori Learning Center are looking for a full-time special education paraprofessional to work with students during the school year. This paraprofessional will work within a professional learning community, collaborating with other school staff to support students with disability-related needs. We are looking forward to having this candidate bring a love of working with children, a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

The District will provide this paraprofessional with support and professional development in:

• Supporting students in learning, behavior, and/or social/emotional development
• Co-regulating students in moments of heightened stress
• Establishing strong connections and supportive relationships with students and staff
• Supporting student access, engagement, and progress in the academic environment
