Special Education Paraprofessional

Duties: - Assist the special education teacher in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students - Provide one-on-one and/or small group support to students with special needs in various subjects - Collaborate with the teacher to develop and modify lesson plans to meet the unique needs of each student - Support students in their academic, social, and emotional development - Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies - Monitor student progress and document observations for progress reports - Assist with the preparation of materials and resources for instructional activities - Provide support during assessments and testing.
