What You Will Do
- Serve as the case manager for students receiving resource services.
- Provide specialized instruction in small-group settings aligned to students' IEP goals.
- Support students through push-in and pull-out services as appropriate.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with general education teachers to ensure accommodations and modifications are implemented effectively.
- Participate in ARD meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of IEPs.
- Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and support.
- Use data to make instructional decisions and adjust interventions.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal special education requirements.
- Participate in professional development and contribute positively to the school community.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Valid Texas Special Education certification.
Preferred
- Experience serving students in a resource setting.
- Experience with ARD meetings and IEP implementation.
- Knowledge of evidence-based reading and math interventions.
- Strong organizational and data-tracking skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary: $55,000–$65,000
