We' re currently seeking a dedicated School Social Worker to support students of all ages in the Colorado Springs, CO area. Pay rate up to 55.80 DOE

    Qualifications:
    • Master' s Degree in Social Work
    • Current CDE Special Services Provider license with a School Social Worker endorsement
    • DORA (Department of Regulatory Agency) license preferred
    • Must be able to handle high behaviors including aggression, understand trauma informed practices, experience in Enrich and IEP processes strongly preferred
    Role Overview:
    As a School Social Worker, you' ll provide critical support to students. You' ll collaborate with another social worker to address students' social-emotional needs, develop intervention strategies, and support their academic success. This role offers the opportunity to work with young learners in a supportive school environment while making a lasting impact on their development.

    Job Details:
    • Schedule: Monday-Friday
    • Full Time
    • Working with Elementary and Highschool Students
    • Dates: August 10th, 26-May 27th, 27
    • In-person only
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide individual and group social work services to students
    • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop intervention plans
    • Conduct assessments and maintain appropriate documentation
    • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
