Position Details

  • Location: Redwood Falls, Minnesota
  • School Year: August 2026 – June 2027
  • Schedule: Full-Time | 37.5–40 hours per week
  • Setting: In-person, school-based role
  • Caseload: K–12 special education students (varied opportunities)
  • Requirement: Active Minnesota Special Education Teaching License

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will play a key role in supporting student success through individualized instruction and collaboration:

  • Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Adapt curriculum, lessons, and instructional strategies for diverse learning abilities
  • Provide structured academic, behavioral, and functional skill instruction
  • Use positive behavior supports and intervention strategies to promote student success
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
  • Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation and compliance records
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment where students can thrive

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Minnesota Special Education Teaching License
  • Strong understanding of IEP development and special education compliance
  • Ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learners (K–12)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for inclusive education and student success
  • Ability to build strong relationships with students and support their growth
