Opportunities are available across elementary, middle, and high school settings serving students in grades K-12. Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
• Provide direct instruction and classroom support for students with varying learning needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and school staff.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation and compliance records.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Adapt instructional materials and strategies to meet individual student needs.
Qualifications:
• Active Missouri Special Education Teaching Certification required.
• Soliant offers Licensing Assistance for qualified candidates.
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Education:
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Special Education or related field.
