Navra is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Special Education Teachers to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year in the Olympia Fields, IL area. Position Overview
As a Special Education Teacher, you will provide individualized instruction, academic support, and advocacy for students across a variety of educational settings. You'll collaborate with school teams and families to help students develop the skills and confidence needed to achieve success both inside and outside the classroom.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver specialized instruction tailored to student needs
- Adapt curriculum, materials, and teaching strategies
- Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation
- Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, administrators, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Foster an inclusive, positive, and supportive learning environment
Qualifications
- Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
- LBS1 Endorsement required (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
- Strong understanding of special education practices and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Passion for helping students reach their individual goals
