Duties: • Teacher who would teach primarily 3rd-5th grade SPED • Provide the necessary communication link between home and school. This link will establish communication regarding disciplinary and academic issues. • Provides students with various approaches that could be used to resolve academic problemsconcerns. • Works proactively to manage student behavior issues in order to maintain a safe learning environment. • Works collaboratively with all staff to relay pertinent information concerning students.
Qualifications Must possess a Type-10 IL Certification with LBS1 Endorsement Must possess exemplary communication and organizational skills
SalaryBenefits Salary per negotiated agreement. 2025-26 beginning salary BS 1 is 55232 that includes board paid TRS 1st year as TRS employee sign on bonus of 1099 and Board pays up to 550.00 per month for health insurance or 6600.00 per year. Tuition reimbursement of 250.00-275.00 per semester hour.
2025-26 Benefit Information Additional Notes District has an ISBE approved inductionmentoring program.
