Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teacher credentials issued by the state of Colorado
- Previous experience developing and implementing IEPs
- Capability to manage caseloads ranging from self-contained to resource settings

- Demonstrated growth mindset and a positive, team-focused attitude
Primary Responsibilities:- Deliver individualized instruction and develop lesson plans tailored to each student's unique learning needs
- Accurately maintain and update IEPs while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with general education staff, families, and related service providers to support student success
- Provide a safe, engaging classroom environment that encourages participation and learning
- Monitor and assess student progress, making data-driven adjustments as necessary
- Support and model a culture of inclusion and respect within the school community
