We're looking for a passionate Special Education Teacher to join our middle school team and support students in a self-contained Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) program. This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact while working alongside a collaborative, student-centered staff who care deeply about each other and the students we serve.

What You'll Do

Provide individualized instruction and support for students in a self-contained ASD classroom

Create a structured, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

Collaborate with general education staff, service providers, and families

Support students' social, emotional, and behavioral development

Monitor student progress and adapt instruction to meet diverse needs

What We're Looking For

Michigan Teaching Certificate (required)

SV Endorsement (required); ASD endorsement preferred

Highly Qualified to teach in a self-contained ASD program

Strong communication and collaboration skills

A growth mindset and student-centered approach

Ability to build positive relationships with students and families
