Location: Grayside Elementary School
Hours of Work (%FTE): 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Student contact days; professional days will be required) 7.5 hours per day, 5 days per week when school is in session.
Start Date: End of August 2026
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Job Description:
The School District of Mauston seeks applicants for a full-time Special Education Teacher Assistant at Grayside Elementary School. Applicants must be willing and have the desire to work with students with intellectual, learning and/or behavioral disabilities in a classroom setting. Applicants must also be physically able to adjust to the specific educational, behavioral, and physical needs of the student. This position can require you to sit 20% of the time, stand 40% of the time, and walk (potential need to run) 40% of the time. This is a full time position and is eligible for our full benefits package.
