Description: Roseville Area Schools has a vacancy for a Special Education teacher in a center-based special education program at Emmet D. Williams Elementary School. This is a 1.0 FTE position for the 2026-27 school year starting August 31, 2026.

The licensed special education teacher develops and provides specialized instruction aligned to the state standards to meet the unique needs of scholars with disabilities; evaluates and assesses scholar progress; follows state-mandated due process procedures and functions as the IEP manager to assigned scholars, collaborates with related service providers and other staff; communicates with families; and supports, directs and supervises paraprofessionals' time.

Qualifications:

• A MN Teaching License in Autism (preferred) or licensure in special education with experience supporting children with autism.
• Commitment to an equitable education experience for all.
• Demonstrated understanding of cultural competence.

Compensation: Minimum full year, full time starting salary is $53,085, plus a district contribution toward health and dental insurance.
