Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IEPs aligned with student goals.
- Deliver specialized instruction in inclusive classroom settings.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and support staff.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
- Support students with cognitive, developmental, and behavioral challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Valid New York State Teaching Certification in Special Education.
- Experience working with high school students (Grades 10–12).
- Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
