Special Education Teacher

The Clintonville Public School District is seeking to hire a full-time qualified, motivated, and innovative High School Special Education Teacher to start with the 2026-2027 school year! The ideal candidate should also be experienced/knowledgeable in the following:

• Experience in providing effective instruction and intervention support to students.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Experience working collaboratively with general education teachers to support students with accommodations and modifications.
• Have background and knowledge of IEP legal process/procedures, behavior intervention plans, and functional behavior assessments.
• Experience modifying, accommodating and differentiating the curriculum to meet the needs of individual students.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

Candidates should hold, or be eligible for, appropriate DPI certification; Cross Categorical #801.

Salary and benefits are determined by the Board of Education as per negotiated salary terms.
