Job Requirements.

• EducationRequirements: NJ K-8 population DOE Instructional Cert - Students with Disabilities
• CertificationsRequirements: NJ K-8 population DOE Instructional Cert - Students with Disabilities
• ExperienceRequirements: 1+ years experience with elementary or middle school populations
• OtherRequirements: Recent experience with elementary or middle school populations, ability to complete interviews on-site between 9a-2p, demo lesson required, background check and compliance with state certification standards

• Provide specialized instruction and support to students with disabilities in elementary/middle school
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with district and state standards
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure students' educational success
• Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of student development and compliance records
