Job Requirements
Education Requirements:
CT State Special Education Teacher license or equivalent credential.

Certifications Requirements:
Valid Connecticut Special Education Teacher license.

Experience Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a school setting with a focus on special education. Skills in working with middle and high school students, familiarity with educational standards, and classroom management.

Other Requirements:
Must have a valid CT Special Education Teacher license. Strong communication and soft skills, ability to work collaboratively with staff and students, background checks, and an understanding of school regulations are essential. Ability to adapt to different classroom needs and maintain a positive, supportive environment.
