Special Education Teacher Contract *Up to 58/hr

Special Education Teacher on a 36-week contract in Windsor, Connecticut. Earn up to $58 per hour with premium pay and comprehensive benefits. Responsible for delivering specialized instruction, developing IEPs, and collaborating with staff and families to support student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction to students with diverse needs in a school setting

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success

• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and services provided

• Adhere to school policies, state regulations, and best practices in special education

Qualifications:

• CT Special Education Teacher license

• Minimum 1 year of experience in special education teaching

• Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation

• Classroom management skills

• Familiarity with school-based health and safety protocols

• Ability to work full-time days

• Background check clearance

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work in a school setting

• Flexibility to start ASAP through June 14th
