We are seeking passionate and dedicated Special Education Teachers to join a collaborative school environment in Crewe, Virginia for the 2026 2027 school year. This is a rewarding opportunity to support diverse learners, work closely with educators, and make a meaningful impact in both elementary and middle school settings.

Assignment Details:

• Co-taught classroom settings
• Elementary grades 3 4
• Middle school grades 7 8
• Inclusive education environments focused on collaboration and student success

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instruction and classroom support in co-taught settings
• Collaborate with general education teachers and school staff
• Develop and implement IEP goals and accommodations
• Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Foster a supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Qualifications:

• Active Virginia Special Education (SPED) License required
• Strong collaboration and classroom management skills
• Passion for working with diverse learners
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and staff
• Commitment to student growth and inclusive education practices
