The Barron Area School District is seeking a teacher certified in the area of Cross-Categorical Special Education (1801) for the 2026-2027 school year.
The focus of this position includes a combination of behavioral support and academic skill instruction in reading, writing, and math. Collaboration with regular education teachers is a large part of the position and inclusionary practices are emphasized. Assessment skills for eligibility are expected. The district has a strong special education department with much administrative support.
