Salary/Benefits

SALARY AND FRINGE BENEFITS

• Base salary for the 2026-2027 school year is $45,007 (plus TRS and health insurance benefits, as agreed upon by the Dixon Education Association and the Board of )
• Fifteen (15) days per year sick
• Two (2) days personal leave per
