Special Education Teacher (Gr 3-5)

Horizon Elementary School (Gr 3-5) is seeking a motivated individual with a passion for educating and assisting Grade 3-5 students with IEP goals. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students in Grades 3 through 5 and should be familiar with supporting a wide range of students in both inclusion and self-contained settings. Candidates must possess a WI DPI license and prior experience delivering student services, with case management preferred.
