Job Title: Special Education Teacher (SPED) Location: Lawrence, MA (On-site) Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $41.25 – $46.10 per hour
About the Role: EDU-AIDs is looking for Special Education Teachers in Lawrence (MA) who can support students in a structured and inclusive classroom environment. You will be part of a team that values collaboration, consistency, and student progress.
What the Day Looks Like:
Work with students in a special education setting (elementary, middle, or high school)
Develop and follow IEP goals
Track student progress and maintain documentation
Coordinate with general education teachers and support staff
Maintain a calm, structured classroom
What Matters for This Role:
Active Massachusetts Special Education License
At least 1 year of classroom experience in special education
Ability to manage classroom routines and student behavior
Comfortable working on-site in Lawrence, MA
