Special Education Teacher | Long-Term Substitute

Lake Mills High School is accepting applications for a long-term substitute Special Education Teacher to serve from approximately February 8 through the first week of May 2027. This role provides an opportunity to support our students, including those in the 18-21 Transition Program, and contribute to their educational success.

The District serves 1,480 students from the City of Lake Mills and the surrounding area in three schools: Lake Mills Elementary School, Middle School, and High School. Lake Mills Area School District is the highest-achieving school district in Jefferson County and has strong academic curricular programs at all levels, as well as excellent music, athletic, drama, and extracurricular programs. We are proud to educate our students in some of the top facilities in the country for environmental construction and design. Our elementary school is LEED Platinum certified and was built as a house concept which allows our staff to foster a sense of community and togetherness throughout the school day.
