Birch Agency is seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher to provide push-in and pull-out special education services for 5th-grade students at Partnership Academy in Richfield, Minnesota. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working alongside a collaborative and supportive educational team. Candidates with an ABS (Academic and Behavioral Strategist) license are highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide push-in and pull-out special education services to 5th-grade students.

• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success.

• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals, accommodations, and modifications.

• Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district requirements.

• Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for students with diverse needs.

Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota Special Education teaching license required.

• ABS (Academic and Behavioral Strategist) license preferred.

• Experience working with upper elementary students preferred.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

• Commitment to supporting students with diverse learning and behavioral needs.
