• Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
• Student Population: K 5
• Caseload: Approximately 10 students
• Program: SLS/Autism Center-Based Classroom

• Deliver specialized instruction to students with moderate/severe disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Lead and support a classroom serving students with diverse communication and behavioral needs.
• Supervise, train, and collaborate with 5 6 paraprofessionals.
• Utilize AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices, visual supports, and evidence-based instructional strategies.
• Foster an inclusive, structured, and engaging learning environment.

• Valid Special Education Teaching License (Colorado or eligible).
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Required experience in an SLS (Significant Learning Support) setting.
• Experience writing and managing IEPs.
• Strong classroom leadership and team management skills.

• Experience working with non-verbal students.
• Experience managing and mentoring classroom support staff.
• Familiarity with AAC devices and visual support strategies.
• Ability to complete CPI Training within the first 90 days of employment.
