Birch Agency is seeking a dedicated and passionate K-6 Pull-Out Intervention Teacher to support elementary students in small group instructional settings for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, in-person opportunity is ideal for educators who are committed to helping students strengthen their reading, writing, and math skills while collaborating with a supportive educational team.
Responsibilities:

• 
  Provide targeted reading, writing, and math intervention services to K-6 students in small group settings.
  
• 
  Deliver evidence-based instructional strategies tailored to individual student needs.
  
• 
  Assess student performance and monitor academic progress regularly.
  
• 
  Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success.
  
• 
  Maintain accurate student records, progress reports, and intervention documentation.
  
• 
  Participate in team meetings, professional development, and student support planning.
  
• 
  Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that promotes student growth and confidence.
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) or appropriate state teaching certification.
  
• 
  Endorsement in Elementary Education, Reading, Special Education, or a related field preferred.
  
• 
  Experience working with elementary-aged students in intervention, resource, or instructional support settings preferred.
  
• 
  Strong knowledge of reading, writing, and math instructional practices.
  
• 
  Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  
• 
  Commitment to helping students achieve academic success through individualized support.
