Valid California Credential CLAD, or equivalent Education Specialist Instruction Credential (Mild/Moderate) Autism Authorization ESSA Compliant Applicants should be proficient in delivering specialized academic instruction to students with identified special needs in accordance with IEPs; competent in conducting assessments to identify areas of need related to academic performance at school. Annual Special Education Stipend: $2,500 (Years 1-3) $3,000 (Years 4-6) $3,500 (Years 7-9) $4,500 (Years 10+) Master s Degree Stipend - $850 Credit will be given for up to twelve years of experience.
